How to turn Opendata in Business Innovation – A session we gave at In5 Innovation Centre, Dubai Internet CIty during the UAE Innovation week in November 2015. The idea with this session was to highlight the types of opportunities that can emerge for startups as the Opendata policies fall in place.

Training that provide Entrepreneurs a toolbox to grow

We try to fill the gaps in the entrepreneur’s needs mainly through coaching, but we also provide them with foundations that they need to develop their startup and become successful. The tools we can teach vary from ideation techniques, to concept development, business modeling, team dynamics, business development and sales planning, public speaking and investor pitching. The following session is about the Business Model Canvas, a tool used to document the value proposition and business model, and was delivered as part of FlatLabs and NYUAD Startup Series
